Below are examples of print work I created in the
course of my duties at Boston University.
Front and back, this bookmark
was created as a simple promotional take-away for the Undergraduate
Research Opportunities Program at Boston University.
This double-sided, tri-fold brochure was
created to support fundraising efforts at the Undergraduate
Research Opportunities Program at Boston University. It blends
discussion of the program and giving opportunities with short
profiles of students in the program. Notice the angled cut
which helps draw the eye to the inner panels.
Finished flat size for this item is 11" x 16.5"
Folded size is 5.5" x 11"
This 11" x 17" poster was distributed across
campus to help generate interest in the program for Summer
2005.
This 11" x 17" poster was distributed
across campus to help generate interest in the program for
Summer 2006. The major change from 2005 is the color scheme.
This 11" x 17" poster advertised the 7th
Annual Undergraduate Research Symposium at Boston University.
Visual elements, including the brain, fruit fly, and finger
print, were drawn from the research topics of participating
students.
This 11" x 17" poster
advertised the 8th Annual Undergraduate Research Symposium
at Boston University. Visual elements were drawn from the
research topics of participating students. Notice the inclusion
of similar elements in all posters which creates a strong
branding identity for the Undergraduate Research Opportunities
Program, while emphasizing individuality each year.
This versatile logo was created for the Department
of Electrical & Computer Engineering at Boston University.
The upper element can be used with or without the lower text.
It conveys the department and university through the simple
expedient of an email address, but also provides instant identification
of contact information.
